1 B4 form for several boxes?

my husband landed this weekend, we presented the B4 form. I have a question now: our stuff will be sent to us this month inseveral boxes however I filled out only one form. I forgot to mention to the officer tghat the things won't come in 1 container. Can I use one form for several boxes which will arrive at different times?
