0711 - Construction Managers (Help in completing the Application)

Background: I have Masters degree in Construction Management from USA and Bachelors degree in Architecture from India. After graduating from Masters I worked as Project Engineer for 2 years and as an Assistant Project Manager for another 2 1/2 years before I was let got due to the economic crisis in USA. I have converted to H4. From then I have been looking for a job in Construction and its almost an year. I am thinking of applying for Canada PR under the Federal Skilled Worker Category as my experience falls under 0711 - Construction Managers. I need some help in completing the application.

APPLICATION FOR PERMANENT RESIDENCE IN CANADA FORM

  Visa Office requested for the processing of your application: Though currently I am staying in US under H4, I am thinking of requesting New Delhi, India as my Visa processing office as I am not quite sure I will be staying in US. Should I write New Delhi, India in the "Visa office requested for the processing of your application" or is there any special code that I need to enter?
  
• 
  Current Country of Residence: Is it OK to enter INDIA as my "Your country of residence" as I am requesting New Delhi, India as my Visa processing office or should I enter USA as that is where I am currently staying? (PS: I am not quite sure where I will be staying through out the application processing time which might take anywhere between 6-12 months)
  
• 
  Mailing Address: Is it OK to give my parents mailing address who are currently in India? Or do I need to give my address in USA? (PS: I will be mailing the application from USA)
  
• 
  Residential Address: Again same as mailing address, Is it OK to give my parents mailing address in India? Or do I need to give my address in USA?
  
• 
  If I have to give my address in either of the above two sections, what happens if I either move to some other location in USA or if I go back to India? How can I update Canada Immigration about my changes?

  Telephone Numbers: Is it OK to give my parents phone number, or do I need to give my phone number? Again how can I update Canada Immigration if I had to give my US phone number and I go back to India. Does anyone have an experience if Canada Immigration had tried to contact by phone at the given phone number in the application?

  Where do you intend to live in Canada: I don't have any employment offer from Canada yet and I am not quite sure where I want to say in Canada. Is it mandatory to give a place that I intend to live in Canada? If so what should be the best place to give?

  Your Status in that Country: As I am on H4 status in US, do you it has any effect on the decision? I mean I am out of job in the USA, will it have any effect?

  Education: What is considered Elementary high school? Can I include LKG (Lower Kinder Garden) and UKG (Upper Kinder Garden) in the that? And Till what class do I need to include, 5th grade or 10th grade? What is considered Secondary/high school. Are the classes you take after 6th grade considered Secondary high school? If yes do I need to include the Intermediate (+1 and +2) in that or not?
  

SCHEDULE 3 - ECONOMIC CLASSES - FEDERAL SKILLED WORKER

  Funds:Can I include the value of the properties that I have on my name? Or does it has to be the cash in the bank account?

Your questions make me doubt if you really went through passing the project management exam and subsequently experience.

Anyway here goes the answers;

Visa Office requested for the processing of your applicationepends on you, if you write New Dehli, then your file will be considered in different spotlight, if you write Buffalo the case will be handled differently. If i was in your shoes i would apply through Buffalo
Current Country of Residence: Regardless of what happen in future. You are currently residing in US.
Mailing Address: Same as above - US
Residential Address: Same as above - US
If you move to any other country you simply have to inform Canada Immigration of change of address.
Telephone Numbers: Your current one in US.
Where do you intend to live in Canada: A simple Question need simple answer. For you the best is near the US border. Make it any state except Qubec

SCHEDULE 1 - BACKGROUND/DECLARATION
Current Country of Residence:Same as above - US
Your Status in that Country: H4 status - it will have no effect.
Education: Starting from which ever evidences you have available. If you started your school from grade 1 state it or Kindergarten etc.

SCHEDULE 3 - ECONOMIC CLASSES - FEDERAL SKILLED WORKER
Funds: Only liquid money in treasury bonds, Bank A/C, Checks etc are acceptable. No gold, no property.
