Yes, there was a new list on 26/06/10 http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-who-instructions.asp#list Unless you have worked or studied in Canada or have an approved job offer from a Canadian employer.

Really all my dream have shattered.....really i was starting to apply for the PR under 0213!!
Really feeling very sad

@senuphilip , yeah it is unfortunate and I am sorry for you.

But do not losse hope. There is one way still oen and that is to find a job in Canada firrst and then apply with AEO. Very tough to find a job before hand though

Senuphilip:
Don’t feel dishearten.
They are clearing the backlog of year 2006 and 2007.
After finish 2007 backlog we will probably see the 0213 again in the list.
And I believe it will happen.

Yes, you and your spouse can apply for the Quebec Program. Yes, you will need to demonstrate "proficency" in French (and English).

(I plan on apply through the Quebec Program since my NOC is no longer in the updated list)
