After going thru the Green Card (GC) application process under EB1-C category, I am a little wiser on how the Canadian immigration system may be viweing our applications for 0213.

Few steps to absolutely make sure you get a fair process.

1. Along with Reference letter of the employer who states you do so-and-so function attach the following
a. Organization chart (done using powerpoint). Provide the names (if possible) and roles of people reporting to you.
b. Provide the educational qualification of each individual (you dont need to mention the names i guess)
c. provide educational evaluation if possible (for you only)

2. Provide details of day to day work you do and provide a break up of % of work and number of hours you spend on each of those tasks.

3.Provide the business card of the manager who can substantiate all of this.

If you do this, the case for a 0213 should be fullproof and foolproof.

Let me know if this makes sense to you all.

The above suggesiton is above and beyond what is already requested by CIC

Anyone sending the Mentioned stuffs written on Visa Office Specific instruections must be safe. Sending additional stuffs are only making things unnecessarily exxajurated.

But yours is a good idea.

Its just a suggestion.
If I had this info when did the documentation in June 09, I would have done it.

Dont take my word for it. Consult attorney's or seniors before doing so.

Yeah ADA,

That makes sense... And why only for 0213, it'd apply for other NOCs too, towards strengthenning our case.

Good work, buddy !

So you are an International Manager or Professor with PhD....
I think most people do get fair process but providing required evidence is essential for the success of any case. My 2 cents

Thanks ADA. Though the documentation recommended by you is more than what is asked for but I think it is sure way to convince the IO. Thanks for sharing your experience with us on this forum
