Hi all IT or non IT NOC Experts,
No the current job as Leader of IT Solutions Manager but the previous one where I used to perform the following duties, What my NOC code(s) should be? . Currently preparing the IMM 0008, SCHEDULE 3. FSW1.
My Duties I performed in a Data Center:
1. Working with IBM servers and its Aix OS. Principally makign them prepared for the CORE Softwares and ensured their smooth operation and maintenance.
2. Maintaining and Administration of various Database Applications like SQL/MYSQL/ORACLE 9i Database server.
3. Maintain and Administration of IBM TIVOLI (StorageDS4800) and Tape Library.
4. Maintain and Monitoring IT Security policy And Network Support
5. Lotus domino mail server administraton (AS-400 platform) Backup and restore.
6. Managing helpdesk Team to Maintain and Troubleshoot LAN, OS, S/W & H/W related issues.
7. Research and document data requirements, data collection and administration policy, data access rules and security
8. Research and document data requirements, data collection and administration policy, data access rules and security
9. write scripts related to stored procedures and triggers
What do these duties and responsibilities
I think the last 3 represented me as NOC 2172 Database Analysts (partially) and Data Administrators (70%). But what about 1-6? Which NOC(s) did I represent then?
