0213 Eligibility Query - Designation is Software Engineer

Thanx aanban and others,
I will be sending a letter from my immediate boss
to substantiate my 0213 application.

And yes I do believe in some companys like mine
you can be "burdened" with managerial tasks after 3 years.

Though I believe this letter will only be required
when I submit the whole set of documents to New Delhi Visa Office.

is it part of the responsibility to be a manager while being a software engg, or you do it b'cos your boss' boss delegates that to you!
seems like a fraudulent use of roles & responsibilities

yes, i agree - it is of not much use;
i am a little surprised since I consider TCS to be a 'good' company; seems they are misusing the organization structure, defined roles & designation; but anyways - it is not of much use; wish you the best in your endevour!
