0213 Duties

Hi,
I have 5 year of experience under 0213 occupation category.

About 2 years as : Manager Software development.
My duties was :
Dealing with client and price negotiation.
Hiring new staff
Budget controlling


3 years : Manager IT.
Interacting with Software development team
Monitoring software implementations/maintenance
Hiring new staff


Are they enough or I need to elaborate them more?
Do you think anything above overlapping the duty of Software Engineer/Analyst?

I would be nice if senior share their experiences.

should be fine, please check against the NOC 0213 of hrdc website to confirm.

you should have documents to proov the same.

I would think you need to elaborate little more on duties. They may overlap with generic manager duties including engineering manager

For expamle please include duties like the ones mentioned below including the ones that you have mentioned
Plan and direct "what kind of projects"
Reponsible for what kind of policies development and implementation
Responsible for project palnning etc

As Pankaj suggested please come close to duties mention under NOC 0213 of hrdc website
