0213 - duties help needed - urgent

Hi Friends,

I am an associate tech lead in a software company and am to apply under 0213.
I have done some of the duties under 0213. But I have done a lot of software development too.

Under this designation I am to put only the 0213 duties skipping the software development.
The letter would be issued by the HR manager and my immediate boss is some one else.

Do you think, that I should mention the software development duty too under 0213.

Shall I include a last line as

Software Application architecture design and development.

If I skip this , would there be any problems in the interview and back ground checking ?

I am saying give it at the end of your duties list.
Coz they want managerial people, not those who actully work on hand. I know what soft developers do and have closely worked with them. CIC dont want them but the persons who manage and guide them.

So Prepare your paper according to that. good luck ruka. Tensed time for us indeed.

same here. i wouldnt add it in my duties.Would go with just the mgmt related duties.

it would give rise to a suspicion on the extent of the mgmt duties you had.

We sure have a lot of hands on mgrs in the IT industry ; but am not sure if the IO would be in a position to appreciate it.

i would suggest not to create any sort of conflicts in your job duties or job responsibilities make it as close as possibe to the noc 0213 and make sure you keep the same in the initial document you send to CIC NS and also after that to your local visa office......
