sagiyom1,

What I see missing in your "Management" list is management of resources (human). Management of Project / Capacity / Change / Problem / Fluff does not a Manager make. A Manger manages a team, like your supervisor / manager. In addition a Manager is responsible for hiring/firing, appraisal of team members, budget, etc.
A "Team Lead" is not really a Manager. A "Senior Engineer" is not really a Manager.
Since Manager is the only remaining NOC in the IT field, all the population in IT is suddenly magically promoted to the Managerial level. Everyone is now applying as Manager, sorry 'gambling'. It is no surprise that "My title does not say so, but I am a Manager, dammit!" is hard to fly by these smart Visa officers.

Now if you can get a letter from your company that says you perform the duties of a Manager as listed under the NOC, you may be able to convince / confuse CIC, and if you are successful - good job! ;)
