I am partner in a software development company and working on roles of software developer and as well as manager of company, so am I eligible for 0013 or 0015 category? Please advice.

As this is not an Entrepreneurship or Business immigration but a Skilled Worker Professional immigration you are required to perform certain duties and responsibilities in your company. Nobody but you can determine what you are doing and whether your role matches NOC description or not.

1. will CIC accept it as its sort of my own company.
2. what proof i must show that i am doing those duties.
3. You can consider my case as self employed.
4. I have to show salary proof of myself or my firm or both as proof that i am actually doing it from last 10 years.

2. what proof i must show that i am doing those duties.Letter of reference should be signed by someone else, e.g. other partners or colleagues (do you have an HR manager?)
3. You can consider my case as self employed.Self-employed is a different class of immigrants
4. I have to show salary proof of myself or my firm or both as proof that i am actually doing it from last 10 years.of yourself

Hi

I have Applied for under NOC 0013 being a Director of the Private Limited Company. Have given following Docs as Experience Proof:

1. Company and Personal ITRs.
2. Company PAN, Registration Certificate and MOA.
3. Company Orders along with Invoices and Bills Raised to Client.
4. References from other Directors defining my Job Responsibilities.
5. References from Clients regarding my Job Responsibility.
6. Company and Personal Bank Statements.
