Hi, I am applying for a visitors visa Canada. My problem is I was deported from Newzealand 6years ago for overstaying with 5 year re-entry Prohibition. I have deportation document, visa copies and clean PCC. My question is should i include these documents in my visa application?

You must declare the denial. Canada shares information with NZ. Expect that it will be quite tough to get a TRV given that you have a previous overstay and deportation.

My deportation order had same conditions as an exclusion order served in Canada. Instead of 1 year , I had 5 year prohibition from returning to new zealand and it's been already 6 years i haven't applied any visa to any country.

You still need to declare the exclusion order. Whether your TRV is approved will depend on how IRCC feels about the order, travel history, funds, ties to home country (job, spouse/child, business etc) and reasons to travel.

You do not need to include these documents in your application. However you must declare the overstay and deportation. Failing to declare the overstay and deportation will result in a 5 year ban from Canada.

My brother is a permanent resident and have provided me with an invitation letter, i m going to be truthful about my immigration history from NZ and attach deportation order , copy of visas and Police Clearance Certificate in my application.

You will want to include evidence of ties to your home country as well such as evidence of employment, property ownership and sufficient savings to pay for your trip to Canada.

If you have any past visa refusals (other than the NZ situation), you must declare those as well.

My documents are almost ready , I have a job , job leave letter, 1year ITR , income from leased property, Agriculture land worth $ 700000, house and invitation from brother.
I am unmarried, I live with my widowed mother. Do you think it will be enough?

Don’t know. You have no family ties as you are single. Your mother is not a tie. How much in cash are you showing and how long is the visit?

That is not a lot of money. You are using all your funds to visit Canada. Is airfare cheap? If invitation letter says brother taking care of all expenses then that is a red flag, and shows you cannot afford it.

It's written in the Letter that I will be living at his (my brothers) owned house. But nothing like he'll be paying for my expenses. He has provided me with his house registration to include in the application

Ok but your funds are still low. You want to show that you are not spending all your funds on a visit to Canada. His House registration is irrelevant to your application.

How much should I have ?

There is no set amount. How much do you think the trip will cost - airfare, insurance, spending money, food, admissions? Are you staying in one place the whole time? Single people on this forum with $10k+ for a 2 or 3 week visit are refused due to lack of funds.
