“eCertificate Delay After Oath – What’s Going On?

So i did my oath recently last week on 8 april but still waiting for ecertificate what can i do in that scenario i called them they told me they are still processing ,has anyone else experience this kind of delay i have upcoming flight on 1may will i be able to make it because i need to get the visa for that country ot roughly takes a week and half please guide me. Thank you
