Hello!

I've recently received the "Ready for Visa" e-mail and sent my passport over to immigration, however, during the PR process I applied for a Bridging WP for the implied status (I'm inland).

Today I've received the WP approval with one year expiry date and my Visa for my PR landing was processed one day after. My counterfoil is valid until March 31st 2020.

I just want confirmation of what I'm thinking: does this mean that I can continue to work and perform the landing whenever it is more convenient to me?

The reason I ask is because I'm not sure if the PR being officially approved will annul the WP that was just approved.

If you need some context: I'm planning to go to my country in August but after the landing I'd have to wait for the PR card to be able to go... with such tight schedule it could mean I wouldn't be able to go or would pay a lot of money for the flight tickets.

If I can continue to work until August, travle and then perform the landing on my way back in August, It would be much better.

Thank you in advance!

You are not yet a PR, as you havn't "activated" the status just yet.
Your WP and any other Canada visa will be voided as soon as you activate PR.
You do that either by scheduling an interview at IRCC, or you exit and re-enter Canada. You can also flag pole.
Go to your home country in August, and when you come back, do your landing then upon arrival.
