MPNP - Enhanced or Base Nomination

Hello everyone,

I have received mpnp email advising that the NOC associated with my MPNP application (with TEER 4 job) may not meet Express Entry requirements.

However, My Express Entry profile lists TEER 2 job as my primary occupation, based on my previous experience in India. My Express Entry profile currently indicates eligibility under both CEC (experience in teer 2 job in canada but now working in teer 4 job) and FSW (primary occupation teer 2 experience back home).

Could you please clarify whether I should retain my Express Entry information and proceed with an Enhanced Nomination, or remove it and proceed with a Base Nomination, considering my circumstances? I want to ensure that I select the appropriate nomination type and avoid any refusal in future.

If NOC 4 then not eligible through EE. So you would go through non-EE pathway.

Yes. noc 4 is my current occupation and based on what my mpnp application is.

However, my ee profile has primary occupation in teer 2 based on my past experience.

Mpnp can still issue me enhanced nomination if I agree to do so. I am concerned Because some advised me to go for enhanced nomination as i am eligible for FSW.
