I recently relocated from Canada to my home country because my PGWP expired and started a foreign experience job. I have two years of work experience in Canada in a high wage occupation. After the changes in Nov 3rd, I am expecting my points to go up based on my Canadian work experience.

I have a profile in EE created already with my employment in Canada as well as my employment in my home country.

My question is:
1. Since I have only gained about 2 months of work experience so far, should I remove it from my work experience section to avoid having to gather documents related to this new job? If so, which documents can I avoid doing this? A reference letter, and anything else?
2. I believe that if I remove it from my work history now, after an ITA I can add it to my personal history section.
3. If I am close to completing 1 year of foreign work experience (let's say about 2 months out) and still haven't received an ITA I will re-add it to my work experience section.

Is this a good plan? Or should I just keep it included in my work history section in my express entry profile as it is now?

Not a consultant, just my take. Your plan makes sense. If you're not claiming CRS points for the foreign work experience yet (under 1 year), you can leave it out of the work experience section. You would still mention it in your personal history after ITA since IRCC wants to see what you've been doing, but you won't need a formal reference letter for work you're not claiming points for.

Once you're close to 1 year and want the extra CRS points, add it back to your work experience section and have your reference letter ready at that point. Just make sure your profile is accurate at all times, whatever you include should reflect your real situation on that date.
