Application in Sep 2022,
Refused in Jan 2024
Appeal successful in April 2026
But no progress, movement yet in 7 months.
What should I do?

You mean JR? JR just means reviewed by another officer. Ask your lawyer. Contact MP. Send a webform.
1st Appeal was unsuccessful in Dec 2024, went through judicial review, in May 2025, and then 2nd appeal was allowed in April 2026, it was not JR( judicial review). Reason for refusal was same as usual ( Marriage was for to come to Canada) , sponsor is citizen, 2nd marriage after divorce. Sent around 5 webforms, wrote to MP 2 times, Wrote to immigration minister twice ,no reply. Thinking for mandamus, asked 3 lawyer, they said premature for mandamus.

It is too early for mandamus. All you can do is wait. What are the red flags in your application? Is your spouse in Canada? If so did they recently arrive or have they been in Canada and what is their immigration history?
