Yes i received my card last Friday and one of my dependent received this Tuesday and 3rd dependent still waiting but his card already mailed since last week

Guys, I received my eCOPR on September 18, but the final decision is still not showing in GCKey for pr card , and my address is not showing as confirmed in the PR Portal. Everyone else seems to have received their confirmation within 10 days, but mine is taking much longer. I’m not sure why there has been no update yet. I don't know what do I do

Nothing to worry about. I have same things in my portal. Already received my PR Card last month. It seems to be that the status doesn't change but they processed the application and sent the PR card as soon as your address is approved in the PR portal.

Problem is they didn't accept my address for so long time could you please share your timeline after ecopr until accept address in pr card?
They took approx 1 to 2 weeks to approve my address and send the PR card. After address was approved, I received my card within 3 days.
So, from ecopr to PR card, it took almost a month.
You can call IRCC helpline to confirm the mailout of your PR card.

U can contact IRCC through the webform and include your eCoPR date and application number. U don't need to worry just because someone else received their update within 10 days. Every file can move at a different pace.

seeing the address still pending does not necessarily mean the eCoPR cannot be issued. Since ur eCoPR, u r already a Canadian permanent resident. The remaining address/photo review is mainly related to processing your first PR card. The GCKey or PR Portal status may not update immediately, and in some cases the PR card can still be processed and received even while the online status is not fully synchronized. There are cases where people have already received their first PR card while the PR Portal still shows “Photo is being reviewed.” The portal and card-processing updates do not always synchronize immediately.
