Super visa July 2026

I have applied for my mother super visa,
She got 1 refusal for visited visa in2019 so my question is as while apply super visa I paid for finger prints so that they can be valid for next 10 year but last finger prints are also valid so am I able to give fingerprints again or not
Also portal is updated for fingerprints valid till 2029 so need fingerprints
So even than if go to vfs to give new fingerprints will vfs take her fingerprints or no
Any one have idea please reply

Fingerprints updated on 29july after and they also send fingerprints request
After that there is no updated
Medical was also upfront

If biometrics are already updated, u dont need to go.

Yes I files my application myself
I check on website
Your biometrics are valid for 10 years, but we can’t issue a visa or permit for longer than 10 years from the last time you gave your biometrics.

If you want a visa or permit for a longer period of time, you should give your biometrics voluntarily when you apply, even if your previous biometrics are still valid.

A visa or permit can’t be issued past the expiry date of the passport.

Applied for my parents
-21st july
-Medical upfront
-Biometrics from previous visa
-One rejection for visitor visa and one refusal on supervisa, as I missed a document and they rejected the application previously.
No update so far. Its been more than 4 weeks now!!

It says the same for them too. Background check says "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information". What is your timeline, medical passed or not yet?

Applied August 1st. No medical passed. 1 previous refusal.

Previous fingerprint updated on 29th July was valid till 2028
Upfront medical but not updated yet
New fingerprints on 25th August now valid for next 10 years
