Not many have got the BIL with the JAN AOR. I see anywhere between 40-70 days for BIL in the various forums

By now actually many have . I did get my PR card this week. I was a Jan 13 AOR. Seen many people in other forums who have said they got their ECOPR and are waiting for the card
