Level of Education in EE based on ECA report?

Hi All,
I am currently in the process of applying for Permanent Residency. One point I'm not entirely sure about is the ECA equivalency for my five-year foreign education. I’ve included the outcome of my ECA report below — based on this, what should I select in the EE system? Appreciate your feedback and advice.
" Two or more certificates, diploma or degrees. One must be for a program of three or more years." or " Master’s degree, or professional degree needed to practice in a licensed profession."

Canadian Equivalency Outcome:

Outcome 1: Four-year Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
Credential 1

Outcome 2: Postgraduate diploma from a recognized university
Credential 1

You definitely don't have a master's degree from what I see. So it's Two or more certificates, diploma or degrees..

If you consider professional degree, For “professional degree,” the degree program must have been in: medicine, veterinary medicine, dentistry, optometry, law, chiropractic medicine, or pharmacy.
