I got another ghost update today (June 9th). Not really sure whats going on.

I did. I received an invitation for virtual interview. Invitation received on June 13th. Interview is in second week of July.

Yes, it is normal. You'll get the invitation - as the notification with detailed email says, I believe, at least six days beforehand.

(Rhetorical: you got the update on the web on Friday the 19th. It's now Sunday the 21st. Do people no longer think there are weekends? Couldn't you search first or read the notification that says you'll get it later? Even in the 'before times' there were weekends. Not a big rant but this is a pretty common question here. People are worrying themselves for zero reason whatsoever.)

From what I understand, this is pretty much a classic "non routine" case, which might take a while (months to years) to resolve. Search this forum for cases when BG is pending after test is complete. I would call them and ask a specific question whether your application is non routine right now - the call center person should see this. Hope it won't take long for you!

Hi I got an update for the Physical Presence on tracker today. I thought my Physical Presence and Prohibitions will get marked as complete once my security screening is complete, but that was not the case for me, and it seems like the security screening is still in progress.

Received the invitation details. It’s a virtual interview. Also received the second email right after requesting passport scan and additional document “ACCOMPANYING PERSON DECLARATION AND INTERPRETER'S OATH” which I don’t thing I need to fill out since it’s just my wife and I, and we are both are applicants.

Any good news from you?
