Has anyone heard back from IRCC after responding to the procedural fairness letter after bill C-12?

IRCC sent out procedural fairness letters to the ineligible refugee claimants after the passing of bill C-12. Has anyone received a response from the IRCC to the response they submitted to the the fairness letter? Is there any update to your applications?

I heard that no one received any follow up after the PFL for refugees yet .. I would be happy to hear that someone did

Seems like IRCC hasn’t responded to any of the responses yet or made a final decision on any of the applications yet

It’s actually people started receiving final ineligibility decision letters since last week. But I think everyone is worried and don’t have time to reply your thread…..

Many people received it early, about a month after the initial PFL, however, I heard people from countries who can’t be deported to (ADR) is not getting it, they’re afraid these people will be stuck in a limbo state.
