Hi folks,
I’m seeking clarification on Police Clearance Certificate. For the purpose of my permanent residency, I recently received my PCC stamped at Consulate General of India, Toronto. I grew up in India and it mentions the following details on the PCC only:
It is certified that there’s no adverse information against (Name) holder of passport (passport no. and issue date) which would render him ineligible for immigration purposes.
Will this be flagged by IRCC because it doesn’t mention my duration in India. As I lived there all my life? I’m concerned because IRCC mentions: some police clearance certificates have limitations relating to jurisdiction and time period having been searched. "Such certificates will not be accepted"
Someone pls let let me know. Thank you in advance
