Spousal Visa for Indian submitted in April

Hi everyone,

I sponsored my wife under Outland Spousal PR on April 3, 2026 (India application) and applied for her TRV on April 7, 2026, which unfortunately got refused due to temporary intent and financial concerns.

We’re now waiting for AOR and planning to reapply TRV after receiving it with stronger financials and business documents.

Just wanted to check with fellow sponsors:
- How long did your AOR take recently?
- Did anyone get TRV approved after AOR?
- What timelines are people seeing currently for India outland spousal cases?

We applied after getting the AOR. Added her current job offer letter, her approved leave letter, bank statements etc.
Yet we got refused. The sad thing is that the officer decision notes just stated that the client had not indicated any employment.
We will be reapplying and the reconsideration request is also raised.
