For Parents just US visa , Passport and Marriage certificate
Invitation letter from inviter and spouse
Salary slips, bank statements, employment letter of the inviter, Parents property papers in india

For sibling
His employment letter, his bank-statements, relationship to inviters (birth certificates of 1 inviter and sibling and marriage certificate of inviters)
Showed 1 month visit for sibling with exacts dates planned starting from arrival till departure)

Please advise how long should it take to receive the passport back?

I think it takes anywhere from 7-21 days to get it back..

Apply visitor visa for mom on 29th April. She had a previous refusal so her biometrics were used from bfore. Applied from gc key but didn’t receive any correspondence letter confirming biometrics until now. Only submission letter is there.
Also tracker not available, says the file is not in our system or incorrect information.

Can anyone advice how to check tracker, whether the eligibility started or not?

Document: No document submitted except mandatory one (passport scan, old visa scan, marriage certificate and national ID card)

BIO Collection Letter: 17th April 2026
BIO Completed: 21st April 2026
Original Passport Request: 09th May 2026
IRCC portal and Tracker status as on 09th May 2026: Eligibility not started yet and background still in progress (only completion is BIOMETRIC and nothing about final decision, So is this normal to recevied Original PP request?
