Sometimes the portal status does not update right away. I haven't received my AOR yet, so I don't have the actual experience. Maybe wait for a couple of days. Congrats!

Took about a week after my AOR, to get the email to set up the tracker and then a couple of days after that it worked. You cannot create the tracker until you get an email asking you too.
