IRCC says it’s only processing applications / sending AORs for those received on September 19 of last year, so will try to just forget about the process for a bit so I don’t stress. Hi, I got the email that you can track your progress through the tracker, it takes me to this page https://tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/login

where my previous PR application information is stored, and when logged in, it says we are having technical difficulties. Did anyone face this issue, where your UCI was already used to track your PR files, and if so, what did you do to fix it?

Well, I have just received an email to create a tracker profile as well. When I tried with my UCI and application number, I got the following error message:

Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet.

Anybody encounters the same problem?
