Hi everyone, Please advice,
I dont know if I should proceed or withdraw the ITA. I have submitted the PR CEC application with expired ielts but i put the wrong date to receive the ITA while I was going to attempt new ielts exam.

Now I have the ITA and new Ielts and my score is above cut off. The cut of was 481.

Can It be come under misrepresent? Is there any case like that in the past

What Should I do?

Thanks

What did you end up doing?

You can submit a new IELTS - make sure that meet minimum language requirements and on top of that adding new IELTS score doesn't end up reducing your CRS below the minimum CRS cutoff. You should be good! Submitting a new IELTS isn't misrepresentation, but always a good idea to never fall in this situation.

Why are you asking the same question that has already been answered before? Just retake IELTS and submit the score again as I wrote earlier.

Thank you, just stressed with the situation i am in.

The way I see it, there's nothing to be stressed about. You made a mistake of letting your IELTS expire so close to ITA, but that's just a mistake. It is completely fixable. Just another "oh shit" situation and it will pass - think of this no differently than missing an exit, you'll drive for a bit more longer, but there's no permanent loss here. Give IELTS with confidence and seal the deal here.

Thank you, appreciate your motivating words.
