I noticed that on the ECOPR, it says Category: TRP, is that normal or a mistake?

Hi, TRP usually stands for Temporary Resident Permit, which is meant for exceptional cases. If you applied through a regular PR stream like Express Entry or PNP, this might be a mistake.
It’s best to contact IRCC via the webform to clarify and correct it if needed.

I got the portal 1 mail on Jan. However, I am outside Canada.
I got the portal mail(same as the first mail) last week and I received an email telling me to proceed with COPR outside Canada.
So I'm preparing the documents to send.

I didn't contact IRCC.
During that time, I extended my work permit and updated my passport.

The only thing I contacted IRCC about PR was a passport update. (2025/NOV)
