No options - it's upto ircc what they schedule you for.

You'll know the details (type, time, etc.) in the email that shows up after the tracker update. Email will be anytime between the tracker update and 6 days before the actual ceremony date.

Ceremony in-progress - does the tracker suggest any specific date? and if LLP is in-progress but the ceremony is also in-progress, it would imply that your LLP must have been completed but just isn't updated to green in the track.

You are correct. Ceremony is "Not Started" on the tracker. I have edited my post to reflect that.
