Is FESS and Security Screening in the IRCC Portal the Same Thing?

I noticed that my Background Check was completed in the IRCC Portal. I wanted to ask if this meant that the Front-End Security Screening was also complete and transmitted to the IRB.

Yes, it's most likely the same one, and you're now on the waiting list to schedule a session.

I didn't succeed in doing so, I don't think it's possible.
