Is gift deed option for Proof of fund is safe ?

Can I liquidate my savings? and if I can, does it have to be on my account for the 90 day period?

I did it for my brother and it worked. I provided gift deed by a lawyer /notary, gift has to be accepted by brother. showed my trasnaction receipt, an affidavit from me. explained all in LOE.

Hey. Can you please confirm how long ago was this. Also what documents were submitted upfront? Was your bank statement attached and if so for how many months. Also was your source of money explained upfront. Please guide.

it was in 2024, yes, upfront, source bank transfer receipts were submitted without statement. An affidavit doner behalf was submitted that mentions that the funds were legally obtained and are being gifted to brother. GIFT deed language is very important.
