No update after AOR

My spouse did not wait for the medical request. We decided to do it in advance and sent it by webform. We received a confirmation 48 hours later by email saying that the document was attached to the file. They updated the tracker as well. Our application was sent in april 2025.

Hi, we received our AOR at the end of November 2025, and it has been almost four months. We are still waiting for the biometrics instruction letter and the medical request. Most applicants from the same batch received their AOR and biometrics request either at the same time or shortly after. We’re not sure what the next step should be in our case. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks.
