Name mismatch of my Father in my and my mothers passport, my father already passed away

I am applying visitor visa for me and my mother for Canada, my mothers name spelling are exactly match with my passport ( parents name). But in my mothers passport her husband ( my father) name spelling is a bit different. For example in my passport sfathers bale spell Baljeet Singh and in my mothers passport it is Baljit singh. My father has already passed away. Should there not be any problem for visa application for me and my mother? Pls advise

I don't think it matters. My mom's two brothers have different last names although they have the same parents.

To be on safe side you can do affidavit with Lawyer and this will proof that person is same.
