Hi everyone,
I recently got my H-1B approved and have moved back to Canada, where I hold PR. I’m now planning to get my H-1B visa stamping done but I’m unclear about my eligibility given the recent rule changes.

Since I have Canadian PR, I wanted to understand if I am considered eligible to apply for H-1B stamping in Canada as my country of residency?

If anyone with a similar profile has recently gone through stamping in Canada or has insights post rule changes, I’d really appreciate hearing your experience.

Thanks in advance!

Hi I am on the same boat, do you have any information or you heard any other experience? please let me know.

Hello, Did you end up going through the stamping? Did you have interview or drop box is still an option? also what was the timeline? thank you.

Hello,
Yes I did. I went for an interview. I don't think they are offering drop box anymore.
I booked my appointment for 26th March. And the passport was ready for pickup on April 1st.
