My test invitation email was from Team 3. I live in Ontario, but according to IRCC agent, my processing office is Vancouver.

Call them. Every time I call them to ask for an update, a few days later i get updates on my tracker. I also live in Toronto and got my test invite from Team 3. my application is also assigned to the Vancouver office.

Key Dates:
Became a PR: June 25, 2019
Left Canada: August 13, 2019
Returned to Canada: June 23, 2022

What should I say Yes or No.

Hi @sheri268 , what did you end up doing? I'm in the same situation, started with application and keeping documents ready seeing that no residency obligation for minors under 5(2), now stuck at this question. can we still apply now, or should we wait until the child completes 730 days?

Accompanying minor child does not need to fulfill residency in canada obligation (730 days in Canada) as long as accompanying parent has completed residency in Canada obligation and is applying for citizenship along with minor (application 5(2)). My case was same and my minor child was granted citizenship along with me. You can go ahead ad submit the application for your minor child along with yours.

My AOR was also from Sydney. I called IRCC and asked later, and realized it was changed to Vancouver.

You will need to call IRCC to find out / confirm.

Is this Normal? I have seen people who applied after and have already been gotten the Oath scheduled.
