How reliable is this website, I am asking because I traveled to mexico with pr and blue rtd without visa and no issues but when I check it out on IATA it says visa required. I'm asking as I'd like to know if I need a visa for either Bahams or Saint Marteen. Please anybody.

Refugee travel document and no pr. I went to Bahamas without any issues.

Hello, i am applying for my first travel document, no pr yet, when i use the notice of decision as proof of immigration, do i need to include copies of all pages including reasons for decision, and what is the documents number, the rpd file,
also when asked if i obtained a passport from my country i say NO but what would the explaination i should write

and if i dont haverr guarantor has anyone used the form in lieu de guarantor, will it cause delay

The first two pages of your NOD should be fine,i did not attach all the other pages with the board member notes.For lieu of guarantor it wont cause any delay,i am in ontario and i used a notary who signed all my documents and lieu of guarantor form.I got my RTD in one month.

The explanation you write is that your country passport was seized when you request asylum. Attach the form they gave to you when they seized it. Check the papers they gave to you the day you rqeusted asylum, in one of the documents appears the documents they seized, usually country passport and country DNI, that form, you photocopy and attach. I think the lawyer or guarantor if you have one, they must see the original apper and signed the photocopy.

Yes but you need the form PPTC 326 Statuory declaration in lieu of guarantor form for a canadian travel document. That is the form the lawyer/ commissioner of oaths will sign. Be aware you should fill it in front of this person. Dont bring it already signed it.

I have been once in South Korea in 2025. I traveled on RTD with no PR Card but need visa to travel to South Korea. Visa can be obtain from south Korean consulate which is quite easy.

Yes — South Korea does accept the Canadian Refugee Travel Document, but you usually need to apply for a visa in advance
