Seeking Info on Quebec Immigration (PSTQ) & LMIA for Nail Technician (NOC 63211)

Hi everyone,
I'm looking for the latest information on Quebec immigration as the PEQ.
As I understand, the new system is the PSTQ (Programme de sélection des travailleurs qualifiés)
Is anyone currently planning to apply through this new program?
I’m studying the feasibility of immigrating as a Nail Technician (NOC 63211), which I believe falls under Stream 2 (intermediate/medium skill) of the new PSTQ.
I would love to hear your experiences regarding:

1. Job nature & requirements for NOC 63211 in Quebec.
2. Waiting times for Expression of Interest (Arrima) and selection under the new PSTQ.
3. LMIA (Labor Market Impact Assessment) processes: Have you had employers help with LMIA? How long does the process usually take? A emoloyer is willing to offer me LMIA.

Any insights or recent experiences with the new PSTQ system would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
