In Saudi on Visitor visa, PPR received. What to do?

Hi, applied for visa from India, came to Saudi on visitor visa. Gave biometrics here and now received PPR, I wont be leaving Saudi before 1st of April. So, what should I do now? Should I submit here or ask for extension? How long it takes to get visa stamped? and if anyone can share their experience if I submit my passport here, how do I move around in Saudi? What should I carry?

When did you apply for the TRV? When will you be returning home after your visit?
