I think it depends greatly on where you live. People living in the GTA often have their dates rescheduled fairly quick!

Seems like IRCC in BC is the only incompetent one, oaths in all other provinces are scheduled very fast.

Regret staying in this province tbh, eveything is super expensive and cannot even get a oath.

Totally feel for you since I am stuck in the same situation. Let's just wish the best luck for BC applicants.

My Primary Processing Center is Vancouver and Secondary is Sydney... so not sure why you're being left out

Out of curiosity, how does one find out their primary and secondary processing office/center ?

By looking at number of scheduled ceremonies in BC compared to other provinces, it seems it will take much longer, but fingers crossed

Someone shared on FB page with October application submission that they just got everything marked completed. Only oath left. She is from calgary and her team is team 2.

Almost month now after Test completed.

Timeline:

• AOR: Nov 6
• Citizenship test completed: Jan 8
• Background check: In progress
• All other sections: In progress

I’m wondering how long the background check usually takes after AOR for people in a similar situation
