Hi, my friend has a similar question and he is sponsoring his wife.
His wife (from India) doesn't have a birth certificate and she lost her educational documents.
She got duplicate copies from the respective educational institutions, however, all of these documents (10th, 12th and Graduation) has a word 'duplicate' on them.
1. Can these documents be used for spousal sponsorship?
2. What additional documents should be submitted since they are duplicates?
3. There are no 5th and 7th class educational documents since the school issues only 10th class document. So, only 10th certificate is fine?
4. Anyone was in the similar situation and received approval?
