I did everything: called them twice, sent webforms and tried using different computers, different browsers, and cleared the cache used in the In cognito browser
 
Hello everyone ,I received my invitation to apply for permanent residency under Canadian Experience Class on March 23, 2023.

I accepted the invite and started to fill in my information under the "CONTINUE APPLICATION" in my GC key account.

It was all good until March 29. After that, I tried clicking CONTINUE APPLICATION to further enter information and submit my profile. It throws me an error code. This is stopping me to further continue my Permanent resident application.

I tried all troubleshooting techniques such as clearing all my cookies and cache. I also tried using different browsers to log in and continue my application.

The platform I am using - a desktop computer
The browser I am using - google chrome and safari
Date I received Invitation to apply for permanent residency - March 23, 2023
Problem - GC key login -> Continue an application you haven't submitted -> Action -> continue application -> error code
I have the same issue. can you please help me
