Hi,
I would like to start a thread for January 2026 Supervisa application.
We applied Supervisa for my parents yesterday (January 9th) with my father as primary applicant. We paid the fees for biometrics for both along with application fees (total $370).

They received an update on the portal this morning for biometrics collection letter only for my mother. I wonder why my father did not receive the biometrics collection letter?
Thanks

Hi , I applied for my mom in law on 8 Jan and have only received the application number since then. She doesnt have any previous UCI number. Did you apply through new portal?

Guys... I am applying the super visa for my mom. She is a homemaker, currently with $500 CAD in her bank account. She had to spend her savings on building a house. I am showing the networth certificate with immovable and movable assets. I am showing my dad and my brother as back home ties (who won't be accompanying her during this visit). I am showing my NOA+T4+paystubs, which meet the LICO. Should I still show my mom's bank statement (considering that it is very low)? Kindly provide your input. Thanks in advance!

Yes I would always include proof of savings for parents so both your mother and your father can include their savings if still married. Your father can indicate that they are joint marital assets and she also has access to these savings even if she is not formally on their bank account.

Hi
I am about to apply for Super visa for my parents.. They are from Bangladesh.. They do not have their marriage certificate with them but the documents section is asking for the marriage certificate. What can be done in this case?
