I had everything on my tracker completed by Dec 9 and had to wait until today for FD, so it varies between applications, some get FD right after everything is completed on the tracker.Congrats!! May I ask how long does it take for eligibility and background checks to be marked as completed? Did you wait another 2 -3 weeks from the completion till FD? I had a friend who is still anxiously waiting for FD for almost a month after everything marked as completed on the tracker. Thanks in advance

Congrats ! Must've been really stressful.
I Got FD on December 24th, everything completed on the tracker + copr number.
And then total silence.
Seeing lots of people getting PPR right after FD Idk what's wrong.
Question please - when was your Biometrics completed and when was the eligibility completed as well.. CONGRATS!!!

Just called IRCC - my file got assigned to Ottawa/Sydney combo.
It’s been 3 months since biometrics, with zero updates
Eligibility still hasn’t even started yet. I didn't fully recall its status, like "recommended pass" or not, so it's on me for not fully inquiring on this. Any chance that the agent just read whatever was showing on the tracker at that time?
For background check - still read exactly the same as my tracker shows, until I asked them each section and got:
+ Criminality: Done
+ Info sharing: Not started
+ Security screening: Not started
Security not started is reasonable, and hopefully it won't fall under comprehensive screening.
But info sharing not started really threw me off. I’ve never seen that status before on forums or on any social media - it’s usually pending / in progress or something like "bio ready to share". So now I’m lowkey wondering whether the agent misinterpreted something over the phone or not.
Kinda debating whether it’s time to just order GCMS.

whats is your application type - cec, fsw, category (trade, french, etc), pnp?.. need to know this before we can give an idea of what's happening.
by the way, we have the same AoR date and I'm not panicking as much as u are cos I'm certain its still within reasonable time. my timeline is as follows;
ITA - sept 18, cec trade
AOR - OCT 15
BIL - DEC 18
Bio/medical completed and uploaded on tracker - Dec 24
background check - started
eligibility - not started (i dont expect eligibility to start until around Jan 31st..., usually 1m& 2weeks from date of medical)
info sharing/criminality etc - in progress
PVO/SVO - Edmonton & Vancouver.
yes, i support the idea of ordering gcms note though.
