I'm also part of Nov's intake, but I want to attach a clarification cover letter. The agent over the phone couldn't find my application, how can I submit a webform in that case?
(I think the clarification is related to the background search, which seems to happen with the AOR step based on the shared timelines on this forum).

I received a confirmation that I submit my citizenship application. I haven't received my AOR yet.

I see folks with early October application dates are getting AORs now. The IRCC website still says that it's processing the week of Sept 19. Hopefully in the next month this group will start reporting AORs.
