I need clarification about choosing the correct NOC.

My job title is Sales Consultant, but the work I actually do matches NOC 62010 – Retail Sales Supervisor. I handle things like supporting new staff, managing store tasks, dealing with escalated customer issues, and maintaining store standards.

Since NOC is based on duties, not the title, I want to confirm if choosing NOC 62010 is correct in my case.

You should be paid significantly more than minimum wage for a supervisory role.
