After reading your post, I checked my GC key account and see the same update Final Decision- December 1. But no COPR details on the tracker yet.
Hopefully we wont have to wait too long from here, fingers crossed and please keep us posted.

Yes- new delhi. Don’t know about that but it seems like they are working in batches.

Nothing yet. Don’t understand why it’s taking this long for delhi VO to send final PPR.
Every passing day is becoming more n more frustrating.
