Hi, Everyone. I applied for Super Visa for my parents but they got Visitor Visa without a medical exam, it likely means IRCC processed it as a standard visit. Any comments on how to get them switched to super visa? Thanks!

Insurance was included in the application and IRCC did not request any medical exams, not sure what was happened here...
How long was their visit request? Did your NOA meet LICO for your family size?
You cannot switch it unfortunately. Sometimes IRCC makes the decision to issue a TRV rather than a super visa. You would need to reapply if you want the super visa. I would recommend trying to provide additional evidence of ties to the home county.
