Congratulations please keep us posted
Today, my mom got a message from IRCC asking her to send a CV/Resume!
Have you ever had any experience of requesting this document? Since she is retired, I’m not sure what to send.
Here is the IRCC letter:
“This is in reference to your online application for a temporary resident visa. In order for us to continue the processing of your application, we require the following documents:
CV/Resume: A document containing a brief description of your education, qualifications and experience. This must be received at this office by: 2025/12/19
The above information/documents must be received in our office within 10 days from the date of this letter. You must upload the requested documents/information by using your IRCC secure account within the time frame indicated above.
Once the deadline has passed, the ability to upload your document will be deactivated. If you are unable to provide the requested document within the time frame provided, we recommend that you write an explanation and upload it in lieu of the requested document(s).”

I got a PPR request earlier today and looks like here is some technical issue and I can't download the letter, this is waht it says on the portal:
"Sorry, a system operation failed. Please try again later.
"Sorry, a system operation failed. Please try again later.
- Failed to download the message"
Did she ever work? IRCC usually request this when applicants' work history only shows retirement or home maker and they want to know more than the required information in the regular application form/online template.
Just put in the truth.

Some people are facing this issue not able to open the portal when have you applied and from which country?
