Hi all, I'd would be great to get some insights into these two questions:

1.) My experience in Canada has been a little over one year across many jobs :
Job 1 -- 3.5 months, NOC 21232 – Software Developers & Programmers
Job 2 -- 3.5 months, NOC 21232 – Software Developers & Programmers
Job 3 -- 5 months , NOC 21231 – Software Engineers & Designers
Job 4 -- 7 months approx. , NOC 22303 – Construction Estimators

Job 3 and Job 4 were performed at the same time with 38 and 32 hours per week respectively, will Job 4 still count towards my eligibility towards the category based draws? Also , only the construction estimator job is hourly paid , rest all were salaried.

Just to clarify I hold an MS in Project Management , hence was able to get into construction estimation.

You count up to 30 hours per week and cannot count Jobs 3&4 at the same time (double dipping) so just count Job 4 and that NOC.

I understand that, the system won't automatically count this as two jobs , it is counted as 1 job and my score is also reflective of points from 1 year of work, however my concern is different, as in which NOC should i make as primary and if i have 6 months of experience in trade but i was also doing another job at that time will i still qualify for that category ?

Yes still eligible for trade NOC as outlined in the requirements. Make it your primary NOC if you want but need 6 months experience.

In construction protect management? Not sure how general PM degree with zero construction experience would be sufficient training for such a role. I would assume IRCC is likely to have concerns as well.

OP doesn't say if has degree or diploma in civil engineering or foreign experience as a tradesperson to meet requirements for a NOC.

They don’t but it appears as though they are likely one of the many who have education and experience in IT (or other field) who have a recent 6+ months of experience in the trades to try to qualify for PR.

I have other relevant certifications

Let’s leave it to IRCC then. But I do have one year of vocational training experience as a drafter and my capstone project in my masters was also construction based.
